The project aimed to contribute to the improvement of Saint John Transit Service by sharing the positive and negative feedback of newcomers with relevant decision-makers. We collected feedback from newcomers who currently use, have stopped using, or never used the services of Saint John Transit.
We used this input to write a letter to the Fundy Regional Transit Committee in September. The letter highlighted common issues and potential inexpensive solutions. It was warmly received. The project is currently closed.
